that's hard if you limit it to 1 place..

I think Tuscany would work well for you... fly into rome, Milan or pisa and drive into Tuscany...

we loved the B&B we stayed in, but you might like to try our friend's villa nearby-- dei mori...

you also would love the Asti area at the B&B we stayed in... fly in to Milan or torino.

or there are cooking class experiences available... I have a lead on one..

Oh, and the camel is just fine, the elephant not so much.
