Restaurants near Santiago Bernabéu Stadium
Any recommendations for places to eat/drink before and after a Real Madrid game? We will be at the Dec 7th game against Borussia Dortmund. Thanks for your help!

If you could get into the Socios de Madrid restaurant right in the stadium, that would be best - fabulous seafood. Try to make friends with a local ! Otherwise try Alfedo's Barbacoa just north of the stadium at 11 calle Juan Hurtado de Mendoza. Great burgers and hefty drinks.

There are four (very good) restaurants in the stadium.
For A lunch break after touring the stadium (maribelsguides.com)
The Real Café Bernabeu offers a sushi bar downstairs and serves a low cost weekday menú cuchara exprés for 9,90€ or the menú madrista for 18€, if you and your family need quick and easy sustenance after the tour. The elegant Cibeles bar of the Puerta 57 Restaurant, within the stadium (entrance through door 57), is a great place for very traditional tapas from the Asturias region. Prices are a bit inflated but it makes for great people watching. And it does serve an outstanding tortilla española and ensaladilla rusa. Inside the stadium there is an Asian restaurant, Zen Market, entry through gate 20, open daily for lunch from 1:30 pm to 4:30. Asador de la Esquina, entry through gate 46, has a terrace for summer dining. Open for lunch daily from 1:00 pm to 4:00.

And the owner of Casa Benigna Norberto Jorge got a Michelin star for his Restaurante La Monica in Alicante in 1986. This guy knows his rice dishes: http://www.finecooking.com/articles/how-to/paella.aspx

I agree with Robert, Real Café Bernabeu is a great sushi restaurant. Also, places-to-eat-near-me.com can show you recommended places to eat and drink near Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
