Restaurants in the Piazza Navona area

My wife and I will be spending four nights in the Piazza Navona area in April. I'd love to have suggestions for authentic, non-touristy dining. Trastevere suggestions would also be appreciated. Thanks!

In Trastevere I can recommend daLu', we liked it so much we ate there two nights in a row in June.
It's in a quieter part of the area not far from the river.

Within Piazza Navona itself, we enjoyed coffees and lunch at Camilos. The first time we sat and ordered coffees we were thinking the bill would reflect the beautiful setting. But, no, the prices were normal and inexpensive considering the very touristy setting.

We always stay in the Piazza Navona/Pantheon area. These are two of our favorite places to have dinner.
