Restaurants in Paris

Does anyone have favorite restaurants in Paris? My husband and I love all types of food. We will be staying at the Westin close to the Louvre but the restaurant does not have to be in that area. We would love to keep the price per couple below $250-300.

Thank you, these are great recommendations. I have never used www.chowhound.com. Already can tell that I will use it now. I use Fodor's often. Very good suggestions.

We really enjoyed Au Bon Accueil(in the 7th) and
Les Bouquinistes(in the 6th) on our recent first trip
to Paris.
