Restaurant recommendations in Santorini
I'm looking for restaurant recommendations in Santorini for a special occasion in July. I'd prefer it to be Greek cuisine and somewhere special. Location and budget not important, have read reviews about 1800 Restaurant which seem good.

Any updated thoughts on this? We're looking forward to a few great days in Santorini in April, and we are thinking of having one very nice dinner. We were thinking of Selene, but have also received suggestions for places likes Vanilia, Ambrosia and 1800. Are any of these appropriate (or more appropriate) if we are traveling with a well-behaved elementary school-aged child?
Also, assuming we need to make reservations in advance, what's a reasonable time to make them? We're used to eating late when we travel, but I'm thinking that would be more like 8:30, 9:00 pm than 10:00 pm (which I think the guidebooks suggested would be the earliest any self-respecting Greek would sit down to dinner).
Any other suggestions for where to eat instead or on other nights?
thanks!
