Restaurant in Troyes on Sunday

My wife and I will be in Troyes next month on a Sunday. While looking for a local restaurant I am finding most are closed on Sunday.
Can anybody recommend a local restaurant that would be open on Sunday?
We would like to sample local food and keep the cost reasonable.
Also any local bars/pubs for a beer or two.
We are staying at the Best Western Hotel de la Poste & Spa.

I am surprised. I would think that many restaurants would be available for Sunday lunch, and then be closed for dinner.
