Caitlin, have fun in Rome. Also, try for the Daphne Trevi or the other Daphne inn, if you are still looking. Or the hotels listed in my report, too. Good luck.

Maureen, I, too, enjoyed your experience. My husband and I are traveling in September and plan to check out those hotels. I'll be waiting for info on Cinque Terre!

When we were at the Spanish steps (June 2nd) there was not a flower in sight. Wwhat with the rain, the scaffolding and lack of flowers, we all wonderd what the big deal was!

Dear Maureen,
