Only Galleria Borghese, and the Scavi tour(s), as far as I know...

Best wishes,

No reservations for the VAtican MUseums. But find out if they are open all day until 4:30 on your visit. If they are, show up at noon and you will find no line or a very short line to enter. You will then only have a half-day there, of course, but we found that a half day with smaller crowds to be much more enjoyable than the reports I've heard from other people who stood in long lines, and even had to wait in line to see the sistine chapel and byy the time they got there they were too cranky to enjoy it! We had no line to enter the sistine chapel. Remember to enter the Sistine chapel at least 1 and a half or 2 hours before the museum closes, though, you don't want to miss it.

Definately the Borghese and it is a must. You cannot get in without reservation unless someone doesn't show up for theirs and obviously there's no guarantee with that. Other than tour companies for the big sites, not that I know of.
