Recommendation for Cotswolds
Three couples are traveling to the Cotswolds in May. We are considering staying at one of these for 3 nights: Mount Pleasant Farm, Horse & Hound, Small Talk Lodge, Southwold House, Crestow House or Nineveh Farm. If you have any experience or suggestions on these- it would be most helpful. We only want ensuite facilities. Thanks so much.

OK - B&Bs are quite small places so the chance of any Fodorites staying in a particular one is not very large. And for someone who MIGHT have stayed in one of these to see your thread is even less. So to give you a better cahence of response -- instead of just topping it, it would be better to re-post and include the names in your title.
(I lived near the cotwolds for several years and go back often - and I'm not familiar w/ any of the six. But that doesn't mean much since there are soooooo many B&Bs in the area. Also - just googling 3 or 4 of them they are in different villages - Stow on the Wold, Broadway, Chipping Campden, etc. - so another reason to re-post)

We stayed at Crestow house in the fall of 2001. It was the nicest B & B in which I've ever stayed, and it's in a great location in Stay-on-the-Wold, just across the street from the main road into town, maybe .2 miles to the city center. We had a huge double on the first floor (one flight up from main floor.) Huge, old-fashioned bath. Big brick Victorian mansion. They reportedly have a pool, though we were there in Sept. and didn't look for it.
We were served a wonderful breakfasts by hosts Fred and Jorge, really nice guys from NYC.
The place was in a brilliant location for touring the Cotswolds.

Oops! The host's name at Crestow House is Frank, not Fred.

Gosh, is it ever time to go to bed! I meant to say "Stow-on-the-Wold," obviously.
Well, at least I'm helping to keep your post to the top so you'll have a better chance of getting more responses.
By the way, when we looked for B & B's in the U.K., we found the best booking help was offered by www.smoothhound.co.uk

Would be good to check that wherever you stay has parking.
