Recent experience with Back-Roads Tours?
Does anyone have any recent experience with the UK company Back-Roads Touring? (As distinct from the American Backroads.)
I'm considering doing their Eastern England mini-tour while I'm in the UK in the fall, but am concerned that all the media endorsements on their web site are from the late '90s.

Back Roads in the UK are a reputable company that I have used in the past. They use 10-12 seat minibuses allowing you to get to some of the smaller villages etc. A great way to see the UK.
Their driver / guides are knowledgeable and friendly.
Don't expect luxury accommodation. Most of the places they use are BB's or small guests houses. However, these tend to be more friendly.
Overall a good company that I would use again.
Hope this helps.

It's www.backroadstouring.co.uk
It doesn't have the most user friendly home page. Suggest you scroll down to 'Site Map' and click here.
