RATP website not available?

Has anyone had a problem getting information from the RATP website? I have been trying for a couple of days and I get a message that says 'the information is not available right now, try back in a few minutes'. I am not sure I am doing everything correctly since this is the first time I have tried to get info.
Is it just me?

I had no problem earlier today (Sunday). And, I had no problems just now.

Are you using AOL? If so, fire up Internet Explorer and that will work.

Or, if you have PopUp software, turn it off temporarily.

I've also had problems with Norton Internet Security not allowing websites to load. I've finally turned that off completely.

Thanks for the help. I am not on AOL, and have turned off my pop-up stopper, but I have continued to have trouble accessing information on this site. I am pretty computer literate, but I must be doing something wrong if it is accessible to others.
I can get the ratp site to come up, then I click on the 'route finder' and put in my information Gare du Nord to 111 avenue de la Bourdonnais. I then get a message that says "PIVI is not available at this moment.
Please restart query in a few minutes."

I have tried this at different times for a couple of days from two different computers and keep getting the same message.

Is this site working for everyone/anyone else?

Lisale, try the French site. That works properly.
