Thanks for the additional info, folks. I have pretty much decided that since I won't make the 7-ish train to Orvieto, I might as well pay a little extra for a limo. I can avoid the very long walk with my luggage after a very long day of flying and enjoy whatever sights can be seen. limoservicerome.com seems to get good reviews on this site. Any comments?<BR>PS For those curious about the oppossum remark, I volunteer at a wildlife rehab hospital and one of my friends there thought she'd give me a laugh. It certainly worked!

A limo? From one train station to another? Sorry but it fell off the extravagant page onto the foolish. The walk over to get the train is not that long. You can buy a train ticket there where it is bound to be less crowded than Termini Station. Board the train and in 35 or 40 minutes (forgotten the exact time) you pull into Termini. Take a leisurely stroll to the main part of the terminal where there are shops and restaurants and relax. The walk from where you get off the train from FCO is admittedly long but not nearly as long as reaching a gate at many airports. You'll be just fine and you'll catch one of the trains soon after the one you originally wanted. Have a great trip. Ciao.
