So far there are posts from at least 6 Fodorites who have eaten there and none of us are aware of that happening. I did ask where you read that -- was it one person or a bunch of similar comments?? Maybe it was just a bad day when a large group hogged tables. But if you don't want to eat in the cafe - don't.

Yes - across from the S. Kens tube station like mentioned above. Lots of options in that area
