I am interested in knowing more about Corsica. Would like to hear from anyone who has been there. Is it easy to get to. What are the acccommodations like? What is the main tourist spots. Just any info would be great.

A great place to start your research is to read both the Cadogan Guide and the Rough Guide to Corsica.

I spent 10 days in Corsica in October and it was great! From France best way to get there is overnight ferry. I went to Ajaccio, Filotosa, Sartene, Bonifcacio, Corte, Calvi, Bastia and Cap Corse. As GAC suggested, why don't you read up on these places and then I can answer any questions you may have.

As to the best way to get there -- from where??? Is that the only place you're thinking of going in Europe, or will you be coming from France, Italy, or somewhere else in Europe?
