Purchasing Tickets from Trenitalia website

I am trying to purchase tickets from the Trenitalia website. I want to buy 2 tickets from Venice to Levanto (switch trains in Milan). Full price is 90.80 euros for the two tickets. When i click on the orange discount "click here" button there is one option called "Special concession III for journeys with an assistant". It allows me to select it and brings the total price to just 51.24euros. Then it asks for "Numero Tessera" and for a name. Am i eligible to purchase at that rate? Does it just mean two or more people travelling together? Or do i need to have some type of card? Thanks.

Veo - The Special Concession rates are for registered disabled persons travelling with an assisitant.

Special concession lll refers to registered blind or visually impaired persons.

Hope this helps ...

Thanks, that does help.
I figured it was something I couldn't get, but i was hoping to get a discounted fare. Any ideas on other ways to get a discounted fare? What about one of these green railcards?

The best price seems to be IC & IR via Bologna:

€ 23.50 2nd
€ 33.11 1st

dep. 15.22
arr. 21.24

Hope this helps ...
