We will be staying at the Park International in South Kensington. We are looking for a few good pubs for meals. I know the Rat and the Parrot are nearby. It is recommended? Any other recommendations?

Thx for your tip on Bangkok-we will test drive and get back to you. To answer your question-see the time as this is posted and the temp is already 93-today will be 113 or more. My gal pal group will be huddled over freezing but it will be a change from the blistering heat. <BR>

If you like Belgian beer, mussels and frites..try Abbaye Belgian, on Old Brompton Rd ..As i recall it's on the corner of Onslow terr...anyway it's right across from the Shell station!! really good and not expensive

I like the Anglesea Arms, 15 Sellwood Terrace, Chelsea, SW7. Phone 7373 7960. South Kensington tube. Thai lunches Tuesday and Wednesday, English lunches other five days and English suppers daily.
