There are a number of options for the airport pickup. You can check Taxis G7 (www.taxisg7.com) for both the pick up and touring. Or contact Victor Cabs (http://blog.taximan4u.com). We've used both for ourselves and clients.

Just take a taxi from the airport to Paris. Walk to the taxi rank in front of the terminal and get in line. Do not accept unsolicited offers from anyone who approaches you as they are illegal taxi drivers.

A private chauffeur is expensive but you can certainly find one. Just google "guide chauffeur paris" and you'll get several results. Or, do one of the citroen car tours in Paris:

For the Loire I would suggest taking a train there (a private driver from Paris to the Loire will cost a lot of money) and then find a driver there. Google "guide chauffeur loire" or try this company: http://tourtheloire.com/

It was interesting to read that this week there was a major crackdown on Uberpop drivers in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Lille, etc. Big fines, vehicles confiscated and customers left standing on the sidewalk. Taxis are not so bad.

It's so easy to walk out the terminal and get an official taxi from the official taxi line.

For seeing Paris does someone in your group have mobility issues? If not, I think touring Paris in a car might be slow and cumbersome.
