I now have a lot of reviewing to do over the next couple of days.

I'm putting together some train/bus doable days.

Saint Remy / Les Baux appears to one such day.

Any idea how much time I should expect to spend wandering in each?

Myer,

Saint Remy depends a bit on whether you include a walk up to the Roman site of Glanum as well as the Hospital next door where Van Gogh did some time. I'd strongly recommend going to both of these sites.

The village itself is great if you like shops and such, otherwise, an hour tops to walk around should do it. Each of the above mentioned sites would need another hour as well.

Figure on 3 hours or so for Les Baux assuming you do it at a nice relaxed pace.
