Prague: the food

I've had so much fun with my post Amsterdam:The Food, I've decided to start new ones for Vienna and Prague.

If you were in Prague for four days, where would you eat?

All suggestions welcome, from true foodie spots to street markets .

U tri Rizi

Unitick Pivovar

Klasterini Pivovar

Pivovar marina Holesovice

These are 4 Mico breweries that serve really good food,U Tri Ruzi is in the heart of the Old Town and Klasterini Pivovar up abobve the castle area in the Strahov monastry area, the other 2 are a bit more awkward to get to but all of them do very good food and have the added bounus of making their own beer.
There is often some food stalls at the bottom of Wenseslas square and sometimes in Old Town square where you can buy food but they do tend to have tourist prices.
great street food is Trdilnik , a sort of rolled pasrty covered in sugar ,real good snack and there are stalls all over the place,

We too are going very soon.

Here, from a Prague expat blog, is a recap of where Anthony Bourdain went. He, of course, sampled banana beer and attended a pig-killing ceremony:

Foodie friends have recommended 3 Michelin star La Degustation, as well as Lokal, Hospoda U Novaka and Note Bene on the more casual side. Would appreciate opinions on those.

Our airbnb host also has a list. Will share it when we get it.

I have only been in Note bene for beer (it has a great selection) but an American friend of mine loves it for the food.La degustation is way out my price range.

this is my most recent trip report from my trip in may/june some good suggestions there but most are away from the city center.
It is worth going into any neighbourhood pub and ordering Goulash and dumplings to try something local.
I am back in prague at the end of October.
