How can you answer a question like this? I love all three cities and each is beautiful in its own way. They are so different, IMO, that it's like trying to compare diamonds, rubies and emeralds.
Paris is so romantic, Rome so exciting and Prague (we visited for the first time last month) with its spires and architecture and Charles Bridge and wonderful food and beer and on and on, is the most recent to captivate us.
I'm sorry Giorgio, I can't answer your question.

Giorgio,
I'd have to go with this:
1) Prague
2) Rome
3) Paris
Prague isn't nearly as large as either, and it's down side is the graffiti, which is everywhere. It has some great architecture which was virtually untouched during WWII. It's a very likeable city.
Rome is amazing not only because of the architecture, but because of the significance of it all. Walking into the Sistine Chapel, the colosseum, the Pantheon and so many other places where you just marvel at the thought that yes, you are really there.
Paris is a great city. On the positive side, it has it's beauty and it's fun as well as romantic. It's also congested and it's dirty. It has something for everyone and lots to see and do.
Every answer you get here will likely be different.

I'd have to say Rome.
I've been to Paris four times, and each time I visit my excitement for the city diminshes. The first time visit however is magical.
I've not been to Prague so I can't comment. But it's high on my list of where to visit next. It does look very pretty.
But Rome captivated me more than any other city. True, I visited in October when it wasn't as crowded. Perhaps my experience wouldn't have been so romanticised if it were over-crowded and unbaringly hot?
But Rome wins hands down IMHO.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. (Don't you just hate cliches) My no.1 would have to go to Prague. Friendlier people, easy to get around on foot and stunning architecture. Downside? Overun with tourists and getting a bit too commercialised. Can't say I noticed too much graffiti though. As was already said, you'll probably get a different opinion on every reply - this reply is just mine. Why not try all three cities? 3 or 4 days in each should cover most places worth seeing.

Considering that this is the same Giorgio who has posted nine or ten times advertising the same art and photography workshops in Prague, I think I can guess what the "correct" answer is.

I think Paris is one of the most beautiful and exciting cities I have ever been to. It completely shocked me with its cultural exhibits, art and food. THe people were lovely and we were completely overwhelmed by the architecture and sites. LOVED IT! Would go again in a minute. The Hotel Crillon was fabulous and go see Versailles...it was incredible!
