Prague accommodation called "Prague Rooms"?
I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about an accommodation called Prague Rooms (praguerooms.com) Has anyone stayed there before and, if so, could you comment on cleanliness/modernity of rooms and bathrooms and safety of the area?

I stayed in what they called their luxury one bedroom apartment last October. Its probably a pretty good deal for Prague. It consisted of one large room with a big double bed, and three single ones. It also had a small table and chairs and a nice roomy wardrobe/closet thing to hang up and put away your clothes in. It had a very nice updated kitchen and bathroom with a separate room for the toilet. the neighborhood was good with restaurants and bars all around and perfectly safe and a fairly short walk from the Charles Bridge (don't remember exactly how long). I did a short trip report here that you can look up. The only complaint I had was that it was very basic -- no extras provided -- but it was clean and perfectly comfortable. I would definitely recommend it especially if there a few of you and your on a budget.

Sorry..... we didn't see any of the other apartments or rooms so I can't help you out too much. We went directly to ours and met their agent, she was very nice and helpful, I think she was English. She also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. I assume that all the rooms/apartments are in the same neighborhood and we liked the location and our apartment was very quiet but once again -- don't know if the Kupola would be the same. Also, I must say it was very clean so I'm sure all their other rooms /apartments would be the same. I think the web site is actually www.pragueroom.com.

I stayed in what they decribe as a "luxury self-contained apartment" as we were a group of 5.
Luxury it wasn't but it was clean, inexpensive although fairly basic. The area was very safe and for me was the biggest plus of the apartment. It was a short walk from the Charles Bridge slightly away from the tourist masses around Old Town.
