Positano, Italy...Recommended Hotels?

Have found several hotels in my budget, but would like a recommendation if anyone has stayed there. Any info on the following hotels would be appreciated: Covo dei Saraceni - Le Agavi - Miramare - Palazzo Murat - Royal - & Villa Franca.
Thanks!

Positano on the Amalfi coast is to die for! The number one hotel, I have been there twice is San Pietro de Positano, blasted out of the side of a cliff hanging over the ocean!!!About a mile from town on the winding Amalfi coast. Next best in town is La Seranusa(Mermaid) owned by the Earl of Naples, great views and antiques and in the middle of Positano. Both hotels have fabulous food.

Sherri, If you want to spend $400/nite then pay
attention to the other messages. If you want good
value then here is best bets. The Covo is good,
and the Casa Albertina is also----both about $140
to $170 depending on season and meals.
Covo is on the beach but the Albertina is up in
the town. You can book either at a site called
Small Italian Hotels. GOOD LUCK ! BOB

Stayed at Villa Franca in 1994. Rooms tastfully decorated, and with King Beds! Food and service was great, and the view from the outside dining veranda was superb.
