Portugal Trip February (Covid Concerns/Advice)

Hello!
I've had a trip planned to Portugal the first two weeks of Feb since early fall last year. The omicron spike has given me some concern with the trip a couple weeks away now.
Has anyone been during this spike in covid cases or planning to go within the next month? I'm hoping to confirm if as tourist, proof of vaccination (including booster) from the US will suffice for any indoor activities/restaurants. I know the recent lockdown has been lifted but also weighing the possibility of more changes before or during the trip.
Also, I've seen some info on 10 days on isolation if a test came back positive before leaving. Looking to see if there is any information on if re-testing within a certain period of time would be allowed if this scenario arose or any info and/or experience with Portuguese health officials. Where isolation would need to take place, etc.
Thanks in advance for any advice/tips! Quite overwhelming to be traveling abroad for the first time since the pandemic began, especially after the surge in cases...
