Poland off the beaten track

I am planning to go to Poland once again this next summer. I've already seen quite a bit of Warsaw, Krakow, Zakopane, and Lublin. Anyone have any suggestions???? I would also greatly apprieciate any recommendations on places to stay, eat, drink, or pick up ladies!

Torun is known as the great, picturesque city. The town squares are best for all of your needs.

Maybe you've been, done, but one of the open air concerts at Chopin's house is a great experience.
