Please help with drive times.

I would be grateful if anyone can help me with some various driving times. I can calculate the miles/km. I have never driven these roads and do not know what conditions to expect. In advance thank you, this site has been very helpful in planning our journey.
1. Salzburg to Mezzana/Val di Sole(this is a resort off A42 just west of Bolzano.) I assume the best way is via Innsbruck, Brenner pass. (travel will take place on Monday afternoon)
2. Mezzana to Lauterbrunnen It looks like the best way is via St. Moritz?? Is that right? (travel will take place on Saturday morning early)
3. Lauterbrunnen to Monterosso (travel will take place on Monday afternoon)
4. Monterosso to Bologna (travel will be very early Thursday morning, airport drop off only)
5. Bologna to Venice (travel will also be Thursday morning)

I really appreciate anyone who has made these drives advice. I still have a couple of other loose ends if you don't mind answering.

1. Need to meet my mother at the Venice airport. Is there a good place for her to wait if we get delayed in picking her up?
2. My son is taking the train from Paris-London. The web site says London waterloo. How long to Heathrow airport from there?
Thank you again for your help

The AA website above gives not only distances but also an estimated driving time. Can't vouch for accuracy, but it should give you a ballpark idea. Good luck!

The channel tunnel train leaves from Waterloo International. I can give you details from Gatwick but not Heathrow.
