Thanks for the update. I'm thinking this over and becoming more nervous. Right now the Roissy bus is running at 50% (according to ratp.fr). It's been at 50% -- around this time tomorrow I should have touched down.

Maybe I should take the AF bus instead.

I've two things I'd like to do in Paris. First is to see the Edward Steichen show at Jeu de Paume. Second is to see the Arcimboldo show at Jeu de Paume.

The flight is supposed to land around 11 am. I'm thinking that conservatively I should be in the city at 2. But I must leave at 4 the latest, since the flight to Athens leaves at 7:25. I'm planning on 2 hours to get to the airport.

Maybe it's too conservative, but now I'm having trouble thinking how I can fit this in and if I should buy a ticket for the Arcimboldo show in advance. Ideally I want to do some shopping too. I think that my strategy is to do all my shopping in the Left Bank before I go to the airport.

I am at Terminal 1. I used Roissy bus both ways. Bus ride took about 1h 15m each way. We were finally let out at Gare St. Lazare because traffic was barely moving.

Bus driver makes exact change (accepts CC too?).

Was going to take AF bus but saw Roissy running and started chasing one but had to wait for the next one. Wasted quite a lot of time. Arrived in Paris about 2 hours after passport control around 120 pm. Left about three hours later. Was too conservative since I had about two hours before departure time.

AF bus 2 leaves every 20 min. 3 and 4 every 30 min.

I used lines 1 and 7 of Metro. Looks like situation is improving.

Thanks again everyone. I'd better go catch my flight.

I've posted pics for my trip to Paris, Athens and Tel Aviv (all over the Thanksgiving weekend). If you need confirmation of the AF bus schedules for lines 2 and 4, please see pics 2 and 3.

Thanks again!
