Airport Transport
I am trying to get to Budapest from Paris economically and found Skyeurope with excellent fares but it requires me to arrive into Charles de Gaulle and to depart from Orly. Is there efficient, inexpensive public transport between Charles de Gaulle and Orly? Or in the alternative, is there another low cost carrier between Paris and Budapest?
thanks, David

Yes, there is a bus. I daresay that if you look at the airport's website you will find details of times & where the bus stops are, but I found it perfectly easy to find just on turning up. Air France's domestic flights depart from Orly so this is a well used route.

though bus is probably quicker, if schedules are not convenient you can go by train - take RER from CDG into Paris Saint-Michel stop and change to RER line C to Orly stop (Pont Rungis, from which shuttle bus goes to airport about two miles away; same at CDG free shuttle bus to RER station. Probably take two hours by train but with every 20 min service on each a dependable way but try to get bus first.
