please HELP--so confused!!

We want to do a circle trip in 4days from ZUR on the train at the end of our River Cruise.

Want to do the train in the mornings and early afternoon, and then spend the night in a "neat town"--we are not into MTN sports but like walking the town, etc
possibly Chur--Lugano--etc

Love the scenery on the train---i.e. Glacier Express--Bermina ---

i realize that this is "adventourous" and a bit much but thats what we enjoy--

ALL HELP AND SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED!!!

Well I'd suggest heading to the Jungfrau Region which to me at least fulfills the dreamy picture of Switzerland many have ethced in their minds' eyes - soaring Alpine peak girdled by glaciers - lush valleys under them - ubiquitously dotted with bell-tingling cows, cute chalet-=style guest houses and family-run hotels with balconies with views of the soaring mountains not far away.

Go to a hill town like Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Wengen (perpetual favorite of the older sedate crowd or Murren - all have fantastic views and offer easy walks and there are two lakes bookending Interlaken - another nice town - bigger town and not a mountain town - a more real town - but boat rides on the lakes are fantastic and a popular thing to do - anyway check out the 4-consecutive-day Swiss Saverpass that would cover all your transportation - trains to all those places and any town in Switzerland - lake boats, postal buses and city trams and buses and also garners free entry to 400+ Swiss museums.
Some great sources for learning about Swiss trains and deciding where to go on them: www.seat61.com; http://www.budgeteuropetravel.com/id3.html; www.ricksteves.com and www.swisstravelsystem.com.

possibly Chur--Lugano--etc>

4-day circle tour -

1- Zurich to St Moritz, overnight in this swank famous resort town

2- take the Bernina Express train over the Bernina Pass - to me Europe's most awesomely scenic railway - snow-capped peaks, glaciers near the tracks and a Top of the World scene - take it to Tirano and then the coordinated Bernina Express bus takes you to Lugano.

3- Lugano - take a lake boat trip or iconic postal bus up into the hills -

4 - Return to Zurich via the Gotthard Tunnel rail line.

a 4-consecutive-day Swiss Pass would cover every bit of transportation fees except a minor reservation fee for the BE train and bus.
