Please comment on my 2 week Switzerland / Italy Itinerary

I decided to get the Swiss Saver Pass 8 days because I'll be travelling by train quite extensively..trying to get as much out of the 2 weeks
by the end of the day we are just going to crash at the hotel and begin the next day.
Next I'm looking for a hotel in Sameda, which is much less expensive than the glitzy St Moritz and it's only about 15 minutes away from St Moritz.
