Suggestions for Lunch in Provence?

I am in midst of planning a trip for my husband and me, his two sisters, and one BIL for October. We will be spending a week in Uzes and plan to do day trips to Provence for probably 3 of the days. I'm looking for suggestions for "nice" places for lunch in 3 general areas: Luberon villages, Alpilles, and around Vaison-la-Romaine. By nice, I mean good food, pleasant ambiance, etc., but not Michelin stars, real splurges, etc. Thinking of range between 25-40 euro for "menu". I can't be more specific as to exact location because I don't know how much we will accomplish each day, and I know we can't do it all in any of these areas.
Thanks in advance for recommendations of your favorite places.

Ok, if I take away the lunch part and just ask for some restaurants in these areas, will somebody name his/her faves?
TIA!

Grandmere
two of my favorites near St Remy...both memorable meals and settings.
Sous les Micocoulier, Eygalieres-(but only if you can eat outdoors-under the micocoulier trees)
and
Bistro du Paradou, Paradou

Those are two good choices for the Alpilles
In the Luberon, Le Fournil in Bonnieux.
Be aware many places are closed in October

How far south will you go? La Mere Germaine in Vllefranche is very nice, a sort of Sunday lunch or occasion place but not too expensive.

We loved La Closerie in Ansouis and L'Oustalet in Gigondas.

Thanks so much for all of these suggestions; I will try to find some of them online and certainly take the list with us. It's been 20 years since we have spent any time in Provence so these recos will be very helpful.

My 2 best choices value for money
In St Remy Ô Caprices de Mathias (in the Residence de métifiot), terrific view over the Alpilles and splendid 3 courses lucn meal with a glass of wine for 20€ (closed wed and Thu)
I will be soon posting about it on my blog

In the luberon, Le Café de la gare nr Bonnieux, 3 courses lunch for 15€
