Places to propose

I planning to propose to my gf during a trip to Monaco at the end of March. Specifically, I'm looking for a serene and picturesque and relatively private spot to do so. Any suggestions?

Maybe Eze late in the day? It's a tourist spot, but really beautiful-there is a garden at the top (I don't remember the cost of admission, but it wasn't much. Anyone else?

I wonder if you could hire a boat for a couple of hours? A friend of mine did that in Nice when he was proposing to his girlfriend (now wife!) and she thought it was extremely romantic!

Book The Grill Room restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel de Paris for a meal, and propose afterwards out on the wrap-around balcony, overlooking the whole town and harbour. Very romantic!

Thank you everyone for your help. I am looking for suggestions for after the proposal as well... Would you have any strong opinions on what are "must-do"s in Monaco?
