My husband and I just returned from some of the same places. We enjoyed the pictures very much. How did you get so high to make some of those? All ours are at street level.Great photography!!!

I took the higher shots from either on top of the Duomo or Campanile in Venice.

I don't remember being up high in Florence other than from outside the city which is something everyone should do. Go to the Michael Angelo Piazza in the evening and watch the sun set on Florence.

I'm glad you all like them. I keep looking at them. I want to start planning another trip somewhere. I was thinking of Scotland or Ireland, but I keep looking at my photos and I want to go back to Italy.

Well congratulations modglila, thanks to your slide show I am more homesick for Italy then ever!!! Oh well, next year!!

As everyone else has said, thank you for sharing your beautiful photos. And you two look so happy and relaxed, that is lovely. May you have many more wonderful trips.

I am a pretty uptight individual. But, even when things were'nt going exactly as planned, I was very relaxed. My jaws weren't tense during the entire trip. I was home for less than 48 hours when they tightened up again. Some day I'll be retired and hopefully I'll feel like that all the time.
