Phone Card Advice Needed ASAP

My daughter leaves from New Jersey, USA and heads to Germany tonight and I'd like to get her a phone card for her to use when she arrives in Germany. A friend said they purchased an online card from noblecom.com, but when I checked Epinion, the reviews were terrible. Should I look to purchase one at the airport before she leaves? Can anyone recommend an online service that is inexpensive and reliable? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think your daughter can buy a phone card in Germany. Well, I don't know for sure as I haven't done so myself. But in France and Italy you can buy phone cards at the tabac shops. They're pretty reliable too.

You can by phone-cards in Germany in tabac&newspaper shops or in telcommunication shops (T-punkt). There are also automats equipped with prepaid phone cards (value 10€ or 20&euro. You can use the cards on public phones.

Just tell her to buy one there, as the others have said. She can probably get one at the airport, if you want her to call back right when she gets there. Otherwise, any tobacco/newspaper stand should have several kinds in different amounts.

I have purchased cards to use in the U.S. from Cloncom.com and had no problems, I see that they also offer cards to use overseas.
