What would be most helpful would be a driving route for say , one and two weeks around the Peloponnese that features these most worthwhile locations in logical driving order.
It could start at Nafplion or Corinth and work around in clockwise order - the 2 weeks one possibly going right around -possibly going inland from Olympos to Kalavryita then continuing back to Corinth. I think it's what visitors want and could avoid backtracking to some extent while featuring the best sites, beaches and towns.
We've seen lots of lists but never a logical way to drive so as to see them best....

I have always suggested routes in a logical order by mentioning also the distance between the places in km and in driving time.

The previous posters just wrote a list of what is worth seeing, Katerina even gave some great advice of the area where she probably lives.

Unfortunately most travelers do not have that much time at disposal, to see every archaeological site and every byzantine church or monastery. Sometimes too much information works in the opposite direction....

Ah, someone mentioned Monemvasia - I was just about to do so, especially if you visit Mystras. I visited the Peloponnese with a tour group, as I didn't want to drive, and loved it.

Clausar....too much information is never enough.
We think you can't really do justice to the Peloponnese in less than a couple of weeks, and that's what we've devoted to it.
Now for some kind help in making the most of it with a well-planned route ?
Probably only get one chance at this and want to make the most of it.....

There's been some excellent suggestions so far!
To help with the decisions here's some more photos, many of the places that Katerina mentioned are included too.

These have been taken over several years at all times of the year as I was living near Kalamata for more than 6 yrs until moving to Athens. My home is on the Peloponnese & I'm waiting for enough time off work to get down there again, I miss it!
I hope this will help you putting together a list of the places that you really would prefer to include, those that you would like & those that you are happy to miss this time (tough choices I know!)
Then hopefully a route can be worked out that fits your time & preferences.

We had a wonderful time as first-timers in the Peloponnese a few years ago. So many things to see and do... but our favorites included:
Mystras
Monemvasia
Nafplio
Epidaurus
Mycenae
The wild & rugged Mani peninsula

Here is our trip report:

And here are our pictures:

Hope you enjoy your time there!
