Passau or Regensburg?

If you could only do one, which would it be?

This would be in Sept - Oct if that makes a difference.

While Passau was nice, Regensburg.

Probably Passau - the countryside is a little prettier there, with the Bavarian Forest right there.

They are both nice and you can't go wrong

Passau, if only to hear the pipe organ. Awesome.

Both lovely, but would stay in Passau if I return.

I just got back from both.

While Passau is probably nice along the river in better weather, the old town of Regensburg was much more charming.

Regensburg is larger, if that makes a difference. Both have fine churches, with Passau getting my nod for the organ concerts.
