Parking outside Paris
We will be driving to Paris from Germany and want to park somewhere outside Paris and train in. Does anyone know about "park and ride" areas? I have heard the area of Disneyland Paris is easy to get to with a train straight into the city, but not sure where to park. Also thought about parking one of the airports. How are the prices there? we'll be in Paris 4 days. Thanks!

Parking at CDG is 11 euro per day for longterm parking. In Paris, a public garage is around 17-22 euro per day. I would not park at CDG for that kind of savings, as it wouldn't be worth the trouble and time to me to park there for that amount of total savings. If you have to pay extra for a ticket in from there (or anywhere you pay park), that makes it even less of a savings. There is a public garage at Porte de Vincennes that is only 7 euro a day.

We actually live in Germany. We will be driving to Paris then to Reims afterwards. Finding something between there Reims and Paris would be perfect. I have just heard horror stories of bad drivers and difficulties getting around in Paris I want to stay clear
