Paris - wine pairings with dinner

I am looking for dinners that are served with wine paired to each course. I realize that in many restaurants they will suggest a wine to go with any course but I talking about a pre-set menu of food + matched wines. So far I have found Verjus and Le Gaigne in the non-exorbitant price range. Does anyone know of any others, budget 100Euro or less per person for food + wine?

Thanks.

Wine parings for less than €100/person will be difficult in Paris, or most other locations unless it's a special situation, something like a wine and cheese tasting lunch. There is the offering by O Château in the Louvre (www.o-chateau.com) for €100/person, but it may not be what you had in mind.

You could contact a restaurant like Clos de Gourmets (www.closdesgourmets.com) to see if they would prepare a wine paring dinner for you. The price should be within your budget.

I thought they only did that in expensive restaurants. Most restaurants don't even have such a thing as including wine with the meal price, you just decide on your own if you want wine, and which one. I don't even like mixing wines at dinner. I think sometimes you may have to look for a degustation menu to find that and see if wine is included or can be for an add-on.

this place has something around 65 euro

Senderens has something more like 150 euro. http://www.senderens.fr/

These might be too expensive, but they have reviews and generally the websites. It was set for Paris. If the link doesn't work, then go to www.gayot.com http://www.gayot.com/restaurants/searchresult.php

Another trick is to go to www.google.fr Using the French google gives you more hits. sublect: Paris restaurants wine pairings.
