Paris, Where to Store Carry-On Luggage?

My wife and I are going to be in Paris for 1 long day (arriving 8AM and leaving 11:45PM). We will have a couple of carry-on bags and would like some recommendations of where we might store them.

Any suggestions, please?

no storage places at airports. Closed due to terrorism threats. Only luggage storage i know of is in large Parisian train stations. Thus if you land at CDG and take the RER train into Gare du Nord from the airport you can use the lockers there (were open when i was there in Sept)cost about 5 bucks; in basement under Eurostar check-in at western end of station. Or check all your luggage except for an absolute essentials and carry them around in a day pack.

I stored my suitcase in Gare Montparnasse which was near my just vacated apartment. The man there told me Gare du Nord also has lockers. They are called consigne automatique in French. Hope this helps,

I can also confirm that I used lockers at Nord and Montparnasse in September.

Now, regarding the lockers at M., they're located on a "half" level. I had a hard time finding them. But basically you may have to take escalators that only go half a level rather than a full level. This may not make sense right more, but it will probably make sense if you decided to use the ones there.

I used the lockers at Montparnasse last month. They're also at the Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord. The French word is "consigne" and the signs have a symbol of a suitcase within a box.
