Paris virtual street walk web site
When I planned my last Paris trip, I remember there was a web site where you enter an address and it will let you virtually walk around the neighbourhood and check out the area. I lost the like to that site. Does anyone have still have it? I think the URL for the link translate to some equivalent of French "Yellow Page".

I think if you use the link below it might work (you get redirected) but I believe the site is www.pagesjaunes.fr (yellow pages).
Either way have fun!

Thanks, that's the link I was referring to. However, I'm having trouble navigating the web site. I can enter an address and it returns a list of stores with that address. But I can't figure out how to start the virtual "walking". What do I click?

On the listing, under the street address, you should see (in French) choices for map, aerial view, photo etc. Click on the photo of the building, then you can move around. I don't find that feature as convenient to use as it was on their old website. But after a few tries, I can "stumble" down the street.

Got it, thanks. My initial mistake was entering the address under the tab for "un nom,une personne" which does not have the "photo" option in the result page. I had to use the "le professionnels" tab.
Agree that I prefer the old site when you can "walk" down the street. Now it's just a list of snap shots. Better than nothing, though.
