paris to venice

What is the best way to get to Venice from Paris? Is there a discount airline that will do this itinerary (Easyjet doesn't do that route and Ryanair's airports are always too far out). Is it best to fly into Milan and train to Venice?

Advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if this is the BEST but this year I'm going to try the overnight train.....it leaves Paris at 8pm & arrives in Venice at 8am.

Hi i,

If you want to spend much more money and spend a night on a bumpy, bouncy train in a cramped compartment, you want to arrive in San Lucia.

You can take a commuter train from Mestre to SL - 1E, 10 min.
