Paris RiverTransportation

I just found out that my favorite Paris Transportation (I think) BatoBoat is going to be closed when we are in Paris.

We are going to stay at Alcyon near Le Bastilia, and planning to walk as much as possible. We do have 2 kids who will have to be tired and cranky of walking a lot.

I know there is another boat somewhere, can we use it one way or it is round trip only ?
And what is its name for me to search net ?

Thanks

Ziana-

StCirq answered your question on your other post.
The Seine cruises that I know of are all roundtrip (no hop on/off).
Here are the 2 big ones (Bateaux Mouches & Bateaux Parisiens):

Just use www.freetranslation.com (thanks to Ira's suggestion)

I highly doubt they allow BYOB...

I remember reading about it in more then one post. Something how you better have dinner before and BYOB and enjoy the scene. Can't find it though...

We brought Champagne on this boat trip in February--no problem. They even have a stand where you can purchase wine and they'll uncork it for you.

Yes, they have a stand to sell you a bottle of mediocre wine at a HUGE price. Be sure to bring your own!!

http://www.vedettesdupontneuf.com/ is a BYOB cruise. Bring your own picnic also. Go to their site and download a 2 Euro coupon.

We also went in February, then dinner afterwards.

Thanks, Budman, I meant to mention the coupon (which I learned of from you) but forgot.

Z, fyi: we bought our Champers at a Nicholas store behind the Samaritaine.
