In the 7th, you might like Le Bistro de Breteuil, on the Place of the same name. The prix fixe menu is about 32 Euros, for which you get an apéritif (usually a kir royale), three courses with quite a few choices within each, a bottle of wine, and after-dinner coffee. The food is excellent and the service friendly.

A great favorite of ours, in the 13th, is Au Petit Marguery. Family run, happy, wonderful food. Prix fixe menu is about 36 Euros.
