Loads of places well under 100 euro per person.
Le minsteres on rue de bac, lovely decor, 35 euro per person includes 3 course and a half bottle of wine. The wine can be upgraded at additional charge. You can eat nicely at Le Gallopin, Le Pamphlet, Le Reminet, CheZ Fermand, Boquinstres , just about any place for that, except the many starred Michelin places

Hi yv,
You can have a very pleasant dinner with wine for about 40E pp.
If you are set on 100E, have lunch at www.taillevent.com. You won't forget it.

For an excellent prix-fixe (note spelling; it means fixed price) meal, head over to the 13th and have a wonderful dinner at Au Petit Marguery. You should be able to spend between 60 and 70 Euros per person, including wine, and have some dishes that require supplements. Do NOT miss the sautéed wood mushrooms!

Allard near St. Michel has good, traditional bistro food and a price-fixed dinner of 34 Euro per person:

i will check the ones mentioned earlier in this post.
Do i need to make reservations in advance?

Yes, I would reserve in advance.
You can walk easily to this restaurant, which has views of the Eiffel Tower; it is on my list for my next visit; they have a 20 euro lunch with wine:

One of the best current lunch values in the club menu at Joel Robuchon-- 55 euro for 4 courses, with a half bottle of wine per person.
