Djkbooks what is wow? Isn't the point of posting on these travel forums to get as much information and help as possible? Plus it's actually not even the same posting. Thanks for your input. Very helpful.

Abbie2207, ignore that, I love tripadvisor for different reasons than fodors and it is fine to ask on both sites. I hope you have a wonderful time. I use flipkey a lot for apartments and have always had excellent places. I used a private person for Florence and was happy. I might try airbnb for Boston this year.

That there are only two reviews, and one is not complimentary, would eliminate that property as a possibility for me. The most recent of the two is dated January 2013, more than one year ago.

Hi all,

I booked the first one! I am really happy with my decision and cannot wait for July. Thank you for your advice and input! "

Congrats! I also personally would have selected that one. I hope you report back after your summer trip to Paris. I have also bookmarked that particular apartment. I don't remember if it has air conditioning or not, but in almost 40 years of going to Paris I have personally never needed it and probably half of my trips there have been during the summer months although I prefer the spring.

Happy Travels!

I wish we had an edit button. Anyhow, I meant to write that I would have also selected either that apartment or the one in the 10th. The one in the 11th is more spacious however.

Happy Travels!
