We are planning our next Paris visit and looking at VRBO #8667 in the 7th arron. and #43121 in the 16th arron. owned by the same people. Has anybody out there stayed in either one of these apartments (or even in their other rentals) and would you recommend any of these rentals?

We stayed in Walid & Charla's one bedroom flat on Rue due Colonel Combes. The flat was exactly as pictured, and Walid was a delight to work with. He was also available by telephone for questions while we were in Paris.

Thank you, KT. It's comforting to know that someone here had dealings with the owners. It is always stressful renting from someone you don't know.

We have stayed in #8867 and really had a great time. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bed is fantastic. The only negeative is that the bathroom is on the main level while the bedroom is on the second level. The owners are delightful. We haven't seen the other apartment.
