Paris Museum Pass

What is the price of a 3 day pass. I've Googled but can't find it.

On the AOL board someone posted it as 36E I believe. Do not buy it before getting to Paris--it will cost 30% more in some cases. It is easy to get at larger Metro stations or at the museum.

38 Euros. I agree w/Gretchen, there's absolutely no need to get it before you arrive. Here's the site:

Not to split hairs, but those sites most likely include a markup... the site for Paris passes, metro tickets, etc also displays Carte Musee as being 36 Euro for 3-day pass.

You may want to consider just a one-day pass. The most significant advantage of the pass is skipping the ticket lines. These days, the only museum likely to have a very long line is Musee d'Orsay, as the Louvre has added so many new entrances (see the Louvre website). You can easily do Musee d'Orsay, Rodin and Eglise du Dome (Napoleon's Tomb) in one day, especially on a Thursday when the Musee d'Orsay is open late, as they are in the same neighborhood.

The 3-day pass would be for three consecutive days. Unless you plan to visit a lot of different museums/monuments over the three days, you may save very much. Best to find a good tour guide with regular admission prices listed to determine your savings.
