Sure looks good to me, and the location is great. We've stayed around there and loved it. Lots of shops and restaurants, nice urban neighborhood feel and central location with easy public transport links. Price is reasonable, too.

have you tested the phone number? its USA based, would better to go through an agent in Paris, i dont know how a US based firm will control this, i pressume they are an agent (for french rental agent). I have a blog (see in my profile for the address and all links), we have apartment rental agencies page (we are none commerical, but here are the ones we know are legit and have advertising budgets/programs in Paris.

The apartment looks good to me. But I am confused about the location. The first listing says it is on rue Beaubourg and links to a map showing it there, and then inside the description says rue de Bretagne. The second listing says the same conflicting things but has a link to an incorrect map that isn't in Paris.

I agree that the location link is off. Beaubourg is a busy street, is the bedroom in the back or front. Brentage is also a busy stree.
I think everything looks good except the kitchen, if you won't be cooking it shouldn't be an issue.
Sorry, never used this company, or heard about it here.

Location is great -- I've rented several apts in that area and love it.

I would be sure to ask the owner whether the apartment is on rue Beaubourg or rue de Bretagne. The description on tripadvisor is the same as the two listings above, mentioning both locations.

I stayed in this neighborhood (rue de Bretagne) a few years ago and just LOVED it. There are shops, restaurants, a market (Marche des Enfants Rouge), bakeries, and it's away from the tourist din.
