It is very frustrating to call the Great Western Hotels system to book one of Grerat Western's Hotels in Paris and not being able to contact a human being...I was told to leave my name and number and they would get back to me....It NEVER happened....I have found the Hilton Information Service to be magnificent.....Your questions are answered quickly and correctly...The way it should be.....Anyone have a similar experience....By the way,Great Western did not get my business....D.C.
