I am refraining from all such outings for the time being because I am so tired of those restaurants, although I am sure that you will all have a great time.

My interest will be piqued when there is a GTG for lovers of Chinese/Vietnamese, Indian or Japanese food, just to name the most common kinds.

Since such get-togethers are more about the company than the food, I would be more than happy to meet kerouac at any place of his choosing the next time I'm in Paris. If Asian food is the draw, then Asian food would be fine with me.

And I have a feeling I am not the only one.

The only problem with the types of places kerouac suggests, at least those where I go, is that most of them are too small for a GTG of any size.

Many of the best Asian restaurants are shoe box sized.

My daughter is coming to Paris and wants to dine with her Daddy (which is nice). I apologize profusely.

She came back yesterday from Copenhagen, didn't yet know if she went to Paris and called me at 4 saying 'hi, I'm in Paris'.
