After looking at some of your choices that you posted, I think this is a good location near Luxemborg Gardens with the kids.
We haven't stayed in this apt. but have stayed in the area and enjoyed it.
If not this apt.I would choose to stay as close to the Seine as possible for ease of getting around. Just my opinion.

I'm getting a link to a previous post where you asked about an apartment in Montmartre. If that's it, no, I would never stay in Montmartre on a first trip to Paris with kids. It's too far out. Fine for someone who's been to Paris a few times, but logistically it doesn't work well for a first-timer with small kids.

Not much feedback?
Stay central for first trip...4th/5th/6th, near Seine and, if multiple chouices that match that, you can sue nearest Metro line as tie breaker (or RER to airport as tiebraker, eg St Michle, Luxembourg)

@TPYT: Looks like that apartment is liked by a lot of people. I will probably look into that a little more.
@StCirq: I did not want to repeat all the info on the other link. So, please go to the end of that post with 10 apartment choice listed. If you can provide your feedback on those that would be very Helpful.
@Michel_Paris: Please see the end of the previous post I was referring to see the list of 10 apartments... I need feedback for those.
Thanks a lot for your help.
